About
Luis Molina Jr., PSM, Engineer
I am a passionate land surveyor and industrial engineer with an extensive background in land surveying. I am enthusiastic about the use of advanced technologies such as drones, robotic equipment, and 3D scanners, which I consider invaluable tools that undoubtedly enable me to deliver high-quality work with precision and punctuality.

For over a decade, I have been based in the state of Florida, accumulating extensive experience through the execution of projects that include ALTA surveys, boundary surveys, tree location surveys, form board surveys, as-built surveys, FEMA elevation certificates, and others, in counties such as Orange, Osceola, Brevard, Hillsborough, Manatee, St. Johns, Miami-Dade, and Polk.

I hold a professional license to practice land surveying and cartography in Florida, in addition to obtaining FAA certification as a drone pilot. This allows me to produce and certify work that meets the technical standards and other requirements established by the state, with the aim of protecting the interests of clients and the general public.
